Waiver

I agree to release and hold harmless Daniel S. Schulteis, and any individuals accompanying or assisting, from all liabilities or claims arising from any assistance provided, including future projects or tasks. This includes all forms of harm, injury, damage, or loss, whether direct or indirect. I also agree to indemnify and assume responsibility for any third‑party claims resulting from such assistance.
