Waiver
I agree to release and hold harmless Daniel S. Schulteis and any individuals accompanying or assisting, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action, whether direct or indirect, arising from or related to the assistance provided. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, financial costs, losses, or personal injuries incurred by you or any other parties. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and assume full responsibility for any claims made by third parties against Daniel S. Schulteis or assisting individuals as a result of the provided assistance.
